The Site Visit is optional and will be held immediately after the mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference. Attendees of the Site Visit can attend the Pre-Bid conference on site and it will be streamed virtually to those who choose not to attend the optional Site Visit. Bidders must register to Procurement.GMRP.Parsons@parsons.com by February 21, 2023 for the prebid
conference to confirm attendance for the conference and/or the site visit and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not send a representative to the mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be considered non-compliant. Bidders who choose not to send a representative to the optional Site Visit will not be given an alternative appointment. Any clarifications or changes to the solicitation, that result from the pre-bid conference, will be included as an amendment to this solicitation.
