Description

As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc. (Parsons) is requesting competitive pricing for the purpose of selecting the best value firms to provide any and all services associated with Master Services Agreement - Environmental Services at Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on a Call Up Agreement basis. The Request for Framework Rates (RFR) pricing must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this RFR document and according to the attachments defined in this document.A Master Services Agreement is not a contract but is an offer from a potential supplier to provide goods and/or services at pre-arranged prices, under set terms and conditions, when and if required. A contract is formed when Parsons issues a Call Up Agreement to an MSA approved subcontractor. Bidders who respond to this RFR agree to accept and be bound by the requirements and conditions of this RFR document and attachments.

The rates given by Bidders must fall within 25% of the median of all MSA category bidders to be considered a competitive rate. Rates that fall outside that margin will not be considered for Work.
