The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to develop a comprehensive Government Infrastructure Plan. The successful proponent will deliver a phased plan that assesses, sets out, and estimates costs for building and maintaining a province-wide network of government infrastructure (e.g., legislative facilities, offices, administrative spaces, and meeting venues) to support MNO’s governance, programs, and services.
The project will be completed in three phases:
- Phase 1: Development of workplan and project schedule (GANTT chart).
- Phase 2: Infrastructure scan and analysis of existing assets using a life-cycle approach.
- Phase 3: Final Government Infrastructure Plan, including short-, medium-, and long-term recommendations (5, 10, 25+ years).
Proponents must demonstrate experience with large, integrated infrastructure planning across multiple jurisdictions and familiarity with Indigenous governance and data sovereignty principles (OCAP). Experience working with governments, universities, or hospitals with multi-campus/office systems is an asset.
Completion Date: All deliverables are to be finalized by December 1, 2026.
Submission Deadline: December 4, 2025, 4:30 p.m. EST.
