The Purchaser has scheduled a mandatory site meeting. It is mandatory that the Proponent or a representative of the Proponent attend the site meeting. The visit will commence at 11:00AM EST on February 12, 2026, in the lobby of the St. Clair College Windsor Campus – Main Building, located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4. Proponents are to check in at the Security Desk located in the lobby prior to the site meeting. See Appendix E: Site Map for additional information.
DO NOT MEET at the Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing (FCEM). Proponents must report to the main campus lobby to be eligible to participate in the site meeting.
Attendance will be taken prior to the start of the mandatory site meeting. Proponents will be required to sign an attendance sheet Only Proponents documented as having attended the mandatory site meeting will be eligible to submit a Proposal. Proposals submitted by Proponents who did not attend the mandatory site meeting will be disqualified from the RFP process.
The Purchaser will allow a “grace period” of ten (10) minutes after 11:00AM EST where Proponents are allowed to arrive and participate in the mandatory site meeting. Proponents who arrive during the designated grace period will be required to sign an attendance sheet and will be permitted to participate in the remainder of the mandatory site meeting; however, any information relating to the RFP that is disclosed during the “grace period” will not be repeated. Proponents arriving after the designated grace period will not be allowed to stay for the remainder of the site meeting and will be disqualified from the RFP process.
Proponents planning to attend the site meeting are requested to RSVP to the RFP Coordinator – Sabrina Lattuca via email at: slattuca@stclaircollege.ca or by calling 519-972-2727, ext. 4642 by no later than February 11, 2026, at 3:00PM EST. Proponents must provide the names of all individuals who will attend the mandatory site meeting.
