Description

The Rainy River District Social Services Administration Board operating as the District of Rainy River Services Board (DRRSB) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified organizations to partner in the development of new multi-family market rental housing on DRRSB-owned land in the Town of Fort Frances, Ontario.

The goal is to expand housing options to meet the needs of a diverse population, including families, professionals, and seniors, and to support community growth and sustainability in the Rainy River District. The completed units will be owned, operated, and managed by DRRSB. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a proven service manager on a strategic housing development project in rural Northwestern Ontario.
