Event Note
1. Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit will be held in relation to the RFP on February 23, 2026 at 11:00 am. Attendance at this mandatory site visit is required for proposal eligibility. This site visit will provide opportunity for proponents to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the Scope of Work.

Participation Guidelines:
Attendance is optional for all prospective proponents. Proponents are encouraged to review the RFP in advance and submit questions prior to the session. Responses to all questions, whether raised during the session or submitted in writing, will be compiled and issued as an official Addendum to the RFP.

No new information or changes to the RFP will be considered official unless issued in writing by Humber as an addendum.
