Proponents are advised that a mandatory site meeting will be held as part of the above-noted RFP.
- Date: Monday, May 27, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM CST (local time)
- Location: Forestry Road Municipal Cemetery, Red Lake, Ontario (24 Forestry Road, Red Lake, Ontario)
- Meeting Point: Cemetery entrance off Forestry Road
Attendance is mandatory. Only those Proponents who attend the meeting will be eligible to submit a proposal.
Any questions or clarifications raised at the site meeting will be issued via addendum as required.
