Description

Neighbours Community Homes ("Owner"), a non-profit supportive housing agency managing 53 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto, invites bids for make-up air unit and rooftop package unit replacements.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 777 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, ON M4J 1L2. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
