Description

The IESO is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Service Provider to support its efforts with respect to the determination of eligible avoidable costs when determining reference levels, reference quantities and offer caps for the IESO’s Market Power Mitigation (MPM) Framework. This may include providing services to the IESO in relation to its public and private discussions. The Service Provider will also perform O&M cost assessments, act as the O&M expert in reviewing audit supporting documentation and prepare audit reports involving Real Time - Generation Cost Guarantee (RT-GCG) program participants.
