Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite qualified firms with expertise in data collection, event evaluation, and visitor analytics to submit proposals to (a) research and outline methodologies for estimating the number of attendees at non-ticketed events, festivals, and
agri-tourism operations and (b) to educate and train festivals and events staff in these methodologies.

These events are typically open to the public at no charge and do not have formal entry systems, making traditional attendance tracking methods such as ticket sales or gated counts unfeasible.
