Description

Ornge is looking to acquire and implement an integrated Human Resource Information System (“HRIS”) and Human Capital Management system (“HCM”), encompassing Payroll, Benefits Management, Performance, and Recruitment.
We are looking to consolidate our existing HR & Payroll systems instead of having multiple standalone software solutions where information does not flow effectively with each other. The overall project objectives are to transform the existing manual processes associated with recruiting, HR and payroll into an end-to-end streamlined solution for the entire lifecycle.
