Description

The Town of Arnprior invites qualified General Contractors and Subcontractors to submit proposals for construction services associated with the replacement of the Water Filtration Plant Clearwell #1. The Town is issuing this RFP to establish a list of qualified General Contractors and Subcontractors to carry out a scope that generally includes required civil, landscaping, structural, process, electrical and instrumentation work as specified herein and as shown on the contract document to perform:
• Demolition and removal of existing concrete Clearwell#1
• Excavation Support System
• Construction of a new concrete Clearwell #1
• Reconfigure and Implement Stainless Steel process piping
• Reconfigure and implement process and electrical equipment upgrades, relocation and modifications.
