Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Patient Land Transfer Services predominantly within the Greater Sudbury Area (GSA), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally. Ornge provides air and land ambulance
services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at www.ornge.ca.

Ornge is seeking up to three primary care providers to transport patients generally from airports within the Greater Sudbury Area (GSA) to their final point of care or destination, normally a designated receiving hospital, health care facility or airport.
It is the intention of Ornge to enter into negotiations with multiple selected respondents as a result of this RFQ. Ornge’s form of agreement, which will form the basis for any contract negotiations, is attached as Appendix A.
