Description

The Project entails the construction of two (2) new correctional facilities: a new Brockville Correctional Complex (“BCC”) and an expansion of St. Lawrence Valley Correctional and Treatment Centre (“SLVCTC”) for the Ministry of Solicitor General (“SOLGEN”) at the former Brockville Psychiatric Hospital (“BPH”) site where the existing SLVCTC is currently located.

IO will retain a third-party Peer Review Consultant to perform the following three assignments:

Buildability review on 100% Design Development
Buildability and Completeness review on the 90% Construction Documents
Completeness review on 100% Construction Documents
