Construction costs to build an 8,000 head (4 barns of 2,000 head each) grower-finisher pig operation to meet the building code and environmental regulatory requirements of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario and North Dakota. All work relating to the final report, jurisdictional scans, detailed construction costs budget and any additional services or amendments under the contract shall be completed for $41,500 CAD including all taxes.
