DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Plumbing and Steam Fitting Supplies. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Three (3) years contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: September 15, 2025  
Substantial Completion: September 15, 2028

With an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two  (2) additional terms of a one (1) year

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 17.5 out of 25 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
