Description

Hesperus Fellowship Community of Ontario ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating a seniors’ affordable housing residence in Vaughan, Ontario, invites submissions for the pre-qualification of General Contractors interested in the execution of building retrofits at Hesperus East, 1 Hesperus Rd., in Vaughan, Ontario.

An optional project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 11:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Respondents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues.
