The Owner (Omni) is proposing to construct a New 256-Bed Long-Term Care Home in Seaforth, Ontario. The proposed LTC Home is a two storey building with a total gross floor area of approximately 157,500 SF. Proposed construction consists of slab-on-grade main floor, ICF exterior concrete walls and precast concrete plank second floor and roof slabs. There is no basement.

Information shall be submitted using a CCDC Document No. 11, identifying major project experience including long-term care homes and retirement projects. Criteria used to assess the qualification of proponents will include ability and experience in projects of this size and type in the area; bonding capacity (for Mechanical & Electrical); track record within the building industry on meeting schedules, coordination and management of projects, fairness in costing, and overall organization and reputation. Provide references who can confirm recent performance based on these criteria.
The tender is currently scheduled to be issued April 2026. The Owner reserves the right to select the subcontractors deemed best qualified for the project. General Contractors and Construction Managers should not reply to this ad.
