Cooperative Homes of Prosperity & Equality Inc. (H.O.P.E.) invites proposals for the provision of property management services. H.O.P.E. Co-op is a non-profit co-operative community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires twenty (20) hours per week of on-site administrative property management to be scheduled as four (4) hours per weekday, during business hours, including one evening per week. The services are to be provided on-site at 80 Barry Street in Sudbury, Ontario. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2026. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory performance evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.

IMPORTANT: The lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted. Late or faxed bids will not be accepted. The management company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company's bid will be disqualified.
