Description

The ASC is seeking to modernize its case management system for its Enforcement Division by transitioning from its current customer relationship management (“CRM”) system to a dedicated investigative and litigation case management platform. The ASC is inviting prospective Vendors to submit a proposal for eligibility to provide case management system implementation for investigative and litigation enforcement processes as further described in the RFP.
