2026-02-06 - Provision of Short-Term Disability (STD)

This ACAN is issued to inform the supplier community of the intent to award a contract for the provision of Short-Term Disability (STD) administration services to a pre-identified supplier, unless a valid challenge is received by the closing date. The Purchaser requires professional services to support the administration of its STD Plan, including claim assessment, case management, and coordination of return-to-work strategies. The services must be delivered in both official languages and comply with privacy and data retention standards.  The Supplier must demonstrate the capacity and experience to deliver comprehensive Short-Term Disability (STD) claim management and return-to-work support services in accordance with the essential requirements listed in the ACAN and by submitting a statement of capabilities.
