Description

As a part of its 2035 action plan, Hydro-Québec plans to build more than 5,000 km of new electric power transmission lines. To achieve its ambitions, Hydro-Québec focuses on the development of innovative, efficient and safe construction strategies including the possibility of using helicopter-borne work methods in some construction projects.
The purpose of this call for interest is to enable Hydro-Québec to gather comments and relevant information from the market on the following topics:

Available expertise and types of services offered.
The interest of construction contractors and other service vendors in developing and carrying out transmission line construction work using helicopters.
The Ability of construction contractors and other service vendors to contribute to the development of detailed engineering and construction methods.

Interested parties are invited to respond to the questionnaire and to complete the table of main achievements.
