This Negotiated Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Digital Research Alliance of Canada (the “Alliance”) to prospective proponents to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of an IT and Cybersecurity Assessment.
By integrating, championing and funding the infrastructure and activities required for advanced research computing (ARC), research data management (RDM) and research software (RS), the Alliance serves Canadian researchers, with the objective of advancing Canada’s position as a leader in the knowledge economy on the international stage.
In an effort to enhance and optimize its own IT & Cybersecurity posture, the Alliance is seeking the services of a firm with proven expertise in delivering effective IT and Cybersecurity Assessment and consulting services. The successful proponent is expected to produce a report, consisting of 2 parts:
Phase 1: A Current State Assessment
Phase 2: An IT and Security Strategic Plan
At the conclusion of the RFP evaluations, the top-ranked proponent will be invited to enter into negotiations for an Agreement with the Alliance.
Participating Proponents are to submit proposals as per Section 1.6 of the RFP document. The Alliance will not accept paper or fax submissions.
All proposals submitted are to be in English only.
