Description

ROM would like to establish a community panel comprised of existing ROM visitors, Members, and a GenPop group of GTHA residents who are culturally engaged but have not visited the Museum recently or ever. The community panel methodology would provide ROM with a custom, proprietary, targeted sample panel available year-round for ROM formative, design development, summative, and longitudinal research. The community panel would allow for nimble research with short-turnaround times to support ongoing decision making and would allow ROM to talk to existing customers
(members & visitors), as well as potential customers, about a variety of exhibition and gallery concepts and topics, brand perception and visitor communication.
