Proponents interested in submitting a Proposal must submit a signed copy of the RFP General Terms Negotiation Process Form by Wednesday, August 27, 2025, via email to submissions@hydroottawa.com. This form confirms your understanding and agreement to our negotiation process for the General Terms.
A separate email will then be sent to Proponents with a link to access the Workspace platform where they will be uploading their final submissions. Proponents who do not receive a link to register to Workspace, should check their junk email and spam folders or reach out to their IT Department. The email invitation will be resent if required.

Proponents are to refer to file name: Workspace Instructions for details on how to upload Proposal documents via Workspace.
