Description

The Calgary Airport Authority is looking for qualified proponents to provide a terminal space rate assessment of the YYC Calgary International Airport terminal. Work includes a final report and presentation of findings on the existing terminal space rate framework as well as providing recommendations on areas for improvement.

Proponents must possess substantive experience in formulating real estate strategies, including market analysis, asset planning, and portfolio optimization, and must have a track record of supporting clients in an advisory capacity on complex real estate matters.
