Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a Successful Respondent for the provision of Architectural Services for the reconfiguration of approximately 35,500 square feet of space at Osgoode Hall located at 130 Queen St W.

Respondents must submit an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached as Schedule 5 to this RFP in order to gain access to the additional background information and Schedule 3 – Draft Agreement in the secure FTP site Accellion.
The executed NDA must be submitted by the deadline identified in Schedule 1 - Data Sheet by email in PDF format to the Contact Person identified in Section 3.4(1), identifying the name of the firm, contact person’s phone number, and email address.
A mandatory site visit will be held on January 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The location will be provided to Respondents who have submitted an NDA.
