Description

PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the Heritage Copper Roof Removal, Restoration and Reinstallation portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a Stipulated Price (or Unit Price based on SOW) Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager.

This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder’s Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.
