Canada's Drug Agency (CDA-AMC) is issuing this Request for Standing Offer to identify qualified vendors capable of delivering high-impact leadership development services as part of its Leadership Academy. The CDA-AMC Leadership Academy is a strategic initiative designed to build leadership capacity across all levels (Manager, Senior Manager/Director, and Executive) while aligning with CDA-AMC’s Leadership Competency Framework, Guiding Principles, and strategic priorities.
The Academy will support the development of leadership attributes such as situational awareness, confidence, relationship-building, and inclusive leadership, with a strong emphasis on relevance to the Canadian health systems context.
