CFI-2025-AMS - Request For Letter Of Interest and Information For Award Management System (AMS)

The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) invites expressions of interest and requests information from qualified Proponents regarding the modernization of our enterprise-wide Award Management System (AMS).

The goal of this initiative is to replace our current systems with a modern, integrated solution that effectively manages the full lifecycle of our funding award from application and peer review to post-award management, financial tracking, and reporting. We aim to identify solutions and partners that can help us achieve a successful and timely implementation, enhancing operational efficiency and improving the user experience for our research community and staff.

This Request for Letter Of Interest & Information (RLOI) is a market-sounding exercise to understand the landscape of potential solutions and implementation partners. The information gathered will be used to refine our requirements and inform our procurement strategy. Please be advised that this RLOI may be followed by a formal, competitive procurement process, such as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proponents should note that responding to this RLOI is not a prerequisite for participation in any potential future procurement process.
