Request for Proposal for Supply and Installation of Commercial Kitchen Equipment for Student Nutrition Program Expansion
The Toronto Foundation for Student Success (TFSS) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, and installation of commercial-grade kitchen equipment—including refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers—at 50–80 Toronto District School Board (TDSB) locations. This initiative supports the expansion of TFSS’s Student Nutrition Program, which currently provides over 238,000 meals per day to students across Toronto.
The goal is to procure Ontario-sourced equipment to enhance centralized food distribution and meet growing demand amid rising food insecurity. Installation is targeted for completion by January 2026.
