Collège Boréal is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and install a new rooftop HVAC unit at the Sudbury Campus. The scope of work will include but not limited to, supplying a new unit, new duct work, new Siemens connections to this unit and also an existing one with some drywall demolition and reinstatement.at the Sudbury campus. The work is to be completed by November 28, 2025.

All Proponents can visit the site and building to become familiar with all existing conditions which may affect the Work by sending a request to participate in a tour by sending an email to ddp.rfp@collegeboreal.ca to confirm attendance and interest in the project by 3 pm August 11, 2025. The tour will be given on August 12, 2025, at 10 am. Interested proponents should assemble at the Collège Boréal entrance at 21, boulevard Lasalle, Sudbury ON P3A 6B1.
