Description

The objective of the RFP is to select a Proponent with proven experience in supporting and developing mobile apps (Android and iOS) for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) and solid expertise in current mobile app technologies and interfacing with Oracle databases. The Proponent must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Android and iOS mobile apps.

The Services’ overarching objectives are to:

Provide maintenance and support services for smooth continuous operation of the OLP-PLO mobile apps.
Debug and attend to incidents in a timely manner, as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Make enhancements by developing and implementing new features that improve the apps and stay abreast of new technologies.
