Description

The Bank is seeking a Service Provider for the provision of relocation services to assist the Bank in managing various aspects of its relocation program.

The Bank expects the Service Provider to offer relocating employees with a high level of service that is personalized, timely, responsive, seamlessly coordinated from end-to-end, with a strong focus on compliance, risk management and employee (and family) wellbeing. The selected Service Provider will also provide administrative services to the Bank’s team in charge of managing the Relocation Program.

The successful proponent will need to present a professional team of counsellors and an account executive who are equipped with a structured problem-solving methodology to navigate complex relocation scenarios, ensure consistency in service delivery, and proactively address challenges as they arise
