Description

The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of SharePoint Online Modernization Services. This RFP outlines the Authority’s requirements for modernizing its SharePoint Online (SPO) environment. The initiative encompasses the remediation of technical debt, the establishment of a robust governance framework, and the delivery of user training. The objective is to lay the groundwork for a secure, compliant, and fully modernized SPO platform. The project will focus on stabilizing both the existing SharePoint 2010 on-premises environment and the current SharePoint Online deployment. By addressing legacy system challenges and enhancing governance, the Authority aims to prepare for future migration and collaboration work.
