As we look to the future, SKG is committed to sustainable growth, quality programming, and institutional excellence that advances our vision of becoming a fully recognized Anishinaabe university.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure the services of a qualified proponent to develop a Business Plan that:
- Aligns with SKG’s identity, values, and strategic pathways.
- Provides a clear financial and operational roadmap.
- Supports program development, institutional sustainability, and long-term growth.
- Includes measurable goals, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
Proposals should demonstrate the proponent’s expertise, capacity, and approach to developing a culturally informed business plan that reflects SKG’s unique mandate.
