Bids must be submitted digitally on MERX prior to the Submission Deadline. Bids will be rejected as
non-compliant if submitted by any other mechanism including, but not limited to, post, courier, fax,
e-mail or orally.
1. The TPA will not accept any Bids that are attempted to be submitted after the Submission
Deadline.
2. It is the Supplier’s sole responsibility to ensure its Bid is received by the Submission Deadline in
accordance with the requirements of this RFP. The receipt of Bids can be delayed due to a number
of factors including “internet traffic”, file transfer size and transmission speed. The Supplier
should allow sufficient time to download, complete and upload, as applicable, the submission
forms comprising its Bid and any attachments.
3. A Bid will only be considered to be submitted once it has been submitted fully and acknowledged
by MERX. The time of such receipt is reflected by the time stamped acknowledgement of receipt
generated by MERX, regardless of when the Bid was submitted by the Supplier.
4. Suppliers must submit their Bids in the format presented, prescribed and compatible with the
requirements of the RFP and Merx and must include all attachments required by the RFP. Failure
to fully complete the forms presented in this RFP or to include and submit the required
attachments or separate documentation, as applicable, may result in the bid being rejected as
non-compliant.
