56-001-JJ - Solar PVaaS (Photovoltaic as a Service)

Seneca Polytechnic is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from the solar energy industry regarding the potential implementation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems through a Photovoltaic as a Service (PVaaS) delivery model. The purpose of this RFI is to collect information on available service models, contractual frameworks, technologies, and capabilities that may inform a future procurement process.

This RFI is intended solely for information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for pricing or a commitment to proceed with a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or tender. Respondents are encouraged to share industry-standard practices, experience from similar projects, potential solutions and innovations that may apply to this project, and key considerations for successful implementation in a public sector, higher-education context.
