All prospective Proponents are required to attend a mandatory site visit scheduled for Monday, December 22, 2025 at 10:00am EST. The site visit will take place at 705 Mackay Street, Pembroke, ON, where participants will have the opportunity to inspect the premises, understand the scope of work, and ask any pertinent questions.

Prospective Proponents shall meet the Purchaser’s Team in Tower C, Room C142 at 10:00am.
