The Work of the Contract includes:

- - Removal of existing Asphalt
  - Removal of Existing Paving Stone Sidewalk
  - Remove existing storm sewer, catch basins and ditch inlets
  - Remove existing entrance culverts
  - Revise profile grade of roadway
  - Install new storm sewer, ditch inlets and maintenance holes
  - Install new entrance culverts
  - Adjust existing valve boxes, and valve chambers
  - Install new asphalt
  - Restore existing driveways (Concrete, Asphalt, Gravel)
  - Restore existing Curb in Driveways
  - Install new concrete sidewalk & tactile walking plates
  - Properly dispose of contaminated soils
  - Lay 75mm Topsoil and Sod
  - Install new Ground Mounted Signs
  - Install new pavement markings
