Description

The purpose of this RFP is for OCCC to enter into a Technology Services Agreement with a proven, qualified, experienced provider of Technology Services for live business events such as those held at the Rogers Centre Ottawa. As well this provider must have the capability and experience to act as the in-house Information Technology department of the Rogers Centre Ottawa. This presents a number of attractive business opportunities for the Successful Proponent.

Opportunities
As the Technology Service Provider at the Rogers Centre Ottawa, the Successful Proponent will provide a wide range of services which are key to the success of Customers’ events, and to that of OCCC itself. The opportunity can be broken down into several categories, as follows:

Provider of IT Services in support of OCCC staff and service partners, acting as the OCCC’s full-service internal Information Technology department
Exclusive Provider of Internet connectivity, WiFi, Digital Signage, built-in Audio Systems, built-in Projection Systems to Customers
Exclusive Provider of Rigging services to Customers
Exclusive Provider of Electrical services to Customers
Official Provider of Production Services to Customers

A tour for the proponents has been scheduled for May 21, 2025 starting at 9:30 am.

Please confirm your attendance to this site tour and any specific areas your team would like to see to mpedlar@rogers-centre.ca
There is a limit of 4 participants per company.

Upon arrival at Rogers Centre, 55 Colonel By Drive, Proponents are asked to wait in the foyer outside of the Administration Offices which is located on the ground floor by the main entrance.

The purpose of the site tour is to provide access to the site and allow RFP Proponents to see the existing conditions and consider any necessary questions about the RFP’s scope of work.
Discussions will not be recorded nor transcribed and any verbal comments stated at the site visit does NOT form part of this RFP. All questions must be submitted as per the RFP for a formal response
