26 01 004 - Three-phase Relay Test Set

PUC is requesting quotes for the supply and delivery of a portable three-phase
relay test set capable of injecting voltage and current for testing both modern microprocessor-based relays
and legacy electromechanical relays. The unit must provide six independent adjustable current sources and
three independent adjustable voltage sources, offer high-precision timing measurement, and include binary
inputs and outputs rated for 125 VDC. A comprehensive software package is required to support testing of
overcurrent, under/over-voltage, differential, distance, frequency, and other common relay functions. The
solution must also include a rugged, weather-resistant transport case and a complete wiring accessory
package consisting of banana plugs, alligator clips, fork terminals, test leads, and related components.
