Vendors shall provide a comprehensive pricing model that clearly outlines all associated costs for delivering the requested services. This should include a detailed breakdown of recurring monthly or annual fees for fully managed IT services, cloud service administration, cybersecurity solutions, and strategic support. Vendors must also disclose any one-time implementation, onboarding, or transition fees, as well as rates for any out-of-scope or ad hoc services. The pricing model should distinguish between fixed and variable costs, and identify pricing tiers or service level options if applicable. Proposals should also indicate licensing costs, third-party software fees (if managed on behalf of UCPG), and any volume-based or user-based pricing structures.
