This Request for Service Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the University of Waterloo (UW) to prospective Respondents for Submissions indicating their organization’s capability, experience and qualifications to submit non-binding responses for the provision of Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services for RFSQ-UW-WELREN-WR#53599, Wellesley Court Renewal, Campus Housing, also referred to as the “Project”. The consulting team shall work collaboratively with Campus Housing and Plant Operations Planning, Design, and Construction, to design, prepare construction documents and administer construction of the renewal of Wellesley Court, a 330 bed, 3+ story residence building at University of Waterloo Place [UWP]. The successful consulting team will work as required to engage stakeholders and to deliver a design that achieves the performance requirements of the Owner's sustainability guidelines, upgrades the existing building to current standards and codes and adds an addition - targeting a total of 445 beds when complete.
