Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete a comprehensive assessment of the existing surface and underground sanitary and stormwater infrastructure at the Purchaser’s Chatham Campus located at 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4. Services to be provided are in accordance with Schedule B: Specificaitons and Scope of Work. The Preferred Proponent shall provide one (1) report that is inclusive of both the storm and sanitary waste infrastructure conditions along with recommendations for servicing over the next one to three (1-3) years. The report shall include, but is not limited to, the following elements:

Existing Storm Water Infrastructure Condition Study
Existing Sanitary Sewer Assessment
Comprehensive Engineering Report for Storm Water Infrastructure and Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure

The Preferred Proponent is expected to begin work upon Award of Contract, with a targeted completion of February 21, 2025. The assessment and all deliverables must be completed, submitted to, and accepted by the Purchaser, and all invoicing must be submitted no later than March 15, 2025.
