The Building Ontario Fund (also referred to as the “Fund” or the “BOF” is a non-share capital corporation, reporting to the Minister of Finance (“MOF”) and works with trusted institutional investors and Indigenous partners to close a financing gap and enable priority infrastructure projects within its priority areas of investment. The BOF is governed by the
Building Ontario Fund Act, 2024.
Infrastructure Ontario is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Fund to establish a vendor of record list for transaction advisory services to be used and managed solely by the BOF once established.
