RTO4 seeks proposals from experienced consultants, agencies, or research partners to lead development of a Value of Tourism Campaign for two designated destination partners within the RTO4 region. The selected vendor will work with the destination partner and RTO4 to:

Review existing research and establish data-driven insights,
Define key audiences and messages, and
Build a campaign supported by strategic recommendations and evaluation metrics.
