Description

Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $500,000 in construction value (excl HST).
Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope.
Bidders shall provide a WSIB, Workplace Injury Summary Report certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested.
Project identified as UW work request number 52789
The project involves all labour, material, and everything else necessary to complete replacement and repair of existing deteriorated pathways surrounding and connecting Campus Housing at the University of Waterloo, as specified on contract drawings and specifications herein.
Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2020 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.
All work to be substantially completed by 2024-08-28
