Description

Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $500,000 in construction value (excl HST).
Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope.
Bidders shall provide a WSIB, Workplace Injury Summary Report certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested.
Project identified as UW work request number 52956
The project involves rehabilitation of the basketball courts at Village 1 and Ron Eydt Village, also known as WR# 52956 as prepared by the Owner, University of Waterloo.
Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2020 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.
All work to be substantially completed by 2024-08-16
