Description

The District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 215 units of housing in Parry Sound, Ontario, invites bids for window replacements at 66 A Waubeek St., 66 B Waubeek St., and 1 Beechwood Dr. in Parry Sound, ON.

Mandatory site visits are scheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. EST beginning at 1 Beechwood Dr., continuing to 66 A Waubeek St., and ending at 66 B Waubeek St. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entirety of all meetings. Bidders unable to attend the entirety of all meetings may be disqualified from bidding.
